  I’ve had this vacuum for the past yr & I do love it…but i cant give it 5 stars because the thing is heavy to lift over things like stairs. I’ve had an Eureka for many years with variable results with it. This time I did a little more research & picked the Total Floors because I have rugs and tile in my house and i wanted something to pick up stuff on both. The first time I used it, I vacuumed a brand new rug that had only been on the floor for less than a month and OMG I had to empty the canister twice before i was finished (the rug is 10′x14′). That was then, now its still working great, still picking up dog & cat hair and who knows what from my rugs & floor. I’ve had no parts break and its been great. I would give this a 5 star if only it was a little lighter in weight.

  I am here to tell you that it is not worth the trouble to buy this on-line. I purchased this vacuum and it came to me from GoVacuum and they shipped to me twice damaged! They never return your calls and you are lucky if you get someone to answer the call during business hours. They are now charging me shipping and a re-stocking fee for a vacuum that I never go to use! They are a terrible place to deal with and I suggest that you just go out to you local store and buy it! I have been without a vacuum for over a month and no I have to go out and get one when I should of done it in the first place. Not worth it!

  I have had this vacuum for 6 months. I have all hard floors and I absolutely love this vacuum. It has wonderful suction. It is easy to maneuver, the long cord is fantastic and the attachments stay put and do not fall off the machine. I have not experienced the issues with smell or a clogged filter, but I do not have carpeting.

  This is our 2nd Bissell turbo upright.Both of them ended up having the hieght adjustment knob detent spring strip.You can’t adjust the hieght on thevvaccum,its stuck at one hieght.I feel it wasn’t due to heavy handed use,but a cheap,bad design.Its a nice vaccuum,but watch out with the hieght adjustment.

  This vacuum worked okay, but always left things behind after the first pass, for a while. It went through vacuum belts at an alarming rate, and did nothing for picking up pet hair. I got 6 months of use out of it, before it finally quit working completely. I wouldn’t buy a Bissell again(it’s not like it got really heavy use anyway, considering most of my floor is tile–which I sweep with a broom.) I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a quality vacuum, so you don’t have to shell out another $200 for a new vacuum in a few months.

  I just recently bought this vacuum and WOW I love it. I had a big ole vacuum that just didn’t seem to work well. It spit the dirt out backwards. So hubby said go get a new one. This was the only vacuum I saw besides a 600 dollar one. So I though i’d get this to hold me over. Well i’m not buying a bigger vacuum! This vacuum works better than my other big expensive one. The air blows up not down and the suction is amazing. I vacuum every single day with toddler and a dog and this little vacuum does the job perfect every single time. I highly recommend this product!!
